Accounts Payable tracks amounts owed to vendors and permits automatic ormanual application of payments to specific invoices. This module iscompatible with INFORMIX, SCO Integra, NetISAM(TM), or Infoflex databasesand if necessary, can be customized by our staff to fit any accountingneed. Features include recurring expenses, open-item and balance-forwardaccounts, unlimited partial payments for any invoice, manual and voidedchecks. It prints the Aged Trial Balance report by transaction daterange, allows new month's transactions to be entered before posting lastmonth's, and prints reports for all vendors or for a range of vendors.Accounts Payable allows posting of invoices to any period in any year,allows prepayment of invoices, maintains check register, and allowsreversal of previously posted checks.
